Promotional tourism website for the Principality of Andorra.

OBJECTIVE:
Increase the number of visitors to the country and the number of overnight stays.
1. Raise awareness about the country as a holiday destination.
2. Increase the number of visitors to the country.
Target countries: Spain, France (neighbouring countries), Portugal, Belgium, Holland, United Kingdom, Germany and Russia.

STRATEGY AND TACTICS:
Media: Online and offline media planning, adapted to each season and geolocation.
– Offline marketing campaign: TV – Radio – Illuminated advertising signs – Special actions
– Digital marketing campaign, with 360º service provision. Design – Content development – SEO/SEM – Real-time bidding – Social ads – Lead generation – Emailing – Display – In-stream video – Branded content.

TECHNOLOGY: User traceability
• Monitoring campaign and generation of the brand’s path to conversion through step-by-step analysis, from the first interaction with the brand to registering for promotions.
• Development of a promotion-redeeming system which allows us to calculate the volume of users who redeem promotions in the country, and identify the user’s country of origin.

RESULTS:
More than half a million users signed up for the Andorra tourist board’s promotions.
56% increase in the volume of visits to the website.
More than 3 million tourists in 2017.
