OBJECTIVES

Supporting the in-house ticketing team of FC Barcelona to achieve an effective management of ticket sales for the football matches.

 

STRATEGY AND TACTICS

Integration of Analytical tools using the right tagging, throughout the digital sales process.
Analysis of user behavior and proposal of front-end improvements to achieve higher efficiency.
Management of advertising investment using Google Marketing Platform, in order to integrate all existing 1st and 3rd party data and maximize the purchase model.
