Achieve the maximum possible number of micro-loans made to new clients. A new client is understood to be a user who deposits money into their account.

 

STRATEGY:
Optimization of CPA
Intra-channel, inter-channel and member-related optimization decisions were taken according to the cost per micro-loan deposited, taking into account such factors as the credit score approval rate and the default rate when carrying out optimization.

 

TECHNOLOGY:
Traceability
We developed an ID traceability model which gave us information on a user when they became a lead, after having their credit score approved and making the deposit, connecting us to their internal CRM.

 

RESULTS:
60% per year reduction in the cost per loan deposited.
An average of over 1,500 loans deposited per month.
Increase of 40% in the proportion of new customers.
